Deadlines and relevant information
Abstract submission deadline: 1st February 2026
Author notification deadline: 1st April 2026
Early bird registration deadline: 24th April 2026
Late registration deadline: 25th May 2026
Oral presentations
Oral presentations should be 15 minutes long (plus 5 minutes for discussion). The Conference counts with facilities for computerized projection. In order to ensure compatibility, authors are kindly asked to prepare their contributions in Microsoft PowerPoint. Presentations should be submitted no later than 15th June 2026, to erem2026@fct.unl.pt. To facilitate file identification, authors are requested to name their presentation file as follows: "LastName_FirstName_day.pptx" (e.g., Silva_Ana_wednesday.pptx).
Poster presentations
Posters should have a maximum size of 119 cm in height and 84 cm in width (A0). Each poster is assigned for a specific poster session, according to the final schedule. Authors are requested to be next to their posters during the poster session for which their poster has been scheduled.
Conference language
The official language of the Conference is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
