Instructions for abstracts submission

Abstract submission deadline: 1st February 2026

  1. Before submitting the abstract,  you must do the registration of the first (or presenting) author. Abstracts of authors who are not registered will NOT be accepted.

  2. After registering, you will receive an e-mail with a link to activate your account. Then you can login at Participant Area.

  3. In the Participant's Area you will be able to submit (or edit) your abstracts until the submission deadline. For each abstract submitted the authors and type of presentation must be indicated.

If you do not receive an email confirming the submission of the abstract or registration, please verify the spam box or contact the organization of the meeting.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Each participant may submit one (1) poster, one (1) oral presentation, or both.

  • The abstracts should be prepared in English, according to the template.
